Dayna is a college mental health professional providing care for students who visit Student Health and Counseling. Dayna earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Allegheny College and afterwards went on to Widener University for her master’s degree in social work.
Within her work as a mental health professional, Dayna specializes in counseling people through complex medical diagnoses, supporting first generation and low income students, and students who need support after experiencing sexual trauma. Dayna has been working at Penn since the beginning of 2021 and has been working in mental health for the past 12 years.
When she’s not trying out new hiking trails, Dayna likes to grab dinner at Laser Wolf in Fishtown.
