Hillary is a college mental health professional caring for students seeking support through Student Health and Counseling. Hillary received her bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and gender studies from the University of Vermont and completed her Master of Social Work at Simmons University. Hillary continued her training in university mental health services with a Post-MSW fellowship at the University of California, Berkely, where she deepened her clinical skills and continued to develop expertise in a trauma informed care. Hillary takes on an informed, relational, multicultural, sex-positive, and anti-oppression approach towards therapy, which allows her to better understand and care for the diverse student community here at Penn.
Outside of work, Hillary enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on hikes in the woods, listening to podcasts and books, discovering new restaurants, and baking.
