Joyce McNeill

Joyce is a nurse practitioner caring for students who visit Student Health and Counseling. Joyce earned her bachelor of Nursing and Master of Public Health degrees from Penn, and her  master of Nursing Degree in Midwifery degree from Emory University. 

Joyce worked as a nurse midwife for many years, but has worked exclusively in gynecology for the past twenty years.

Outside of work, Joyce considers herself a foodie and loves staying active by swimming and volunteering at local food banks and animal shelters. Her favorite part of working at Penn is interacting with young adults who are bright, talented, and eager to learn about their health.
