Maureen Fleming is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Student Health and Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lebanon Valley College and holds an M.S.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health Services, an M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Penn and the University of Oregon. Maureen has been working in the mental health field since 2017 and has been with Wellness at Penn since 2024.

Her focus areas include a wide range of counseling and mental health services, and she is particularly passionate about integrating her diverse academic background into her practice. 

Outside of work, Maureen is an avid Philadelphia Eagles and WNBA fan, enjoys walking and playing with her two small dogs, meeting up with friends, listening to audiobooks, and practicing yoga. Her favorite part of working at Penn is being surrounded by kind and intelligent colleagues.
