Michele serves as the associate director of counseling services at Penn, and she oversees the training programs at the center. She attended the College of William and Mary for her undergraduate degree, then went to Virginia Commonwealth University for her Ph.D. in counseling psychology. Michele has spent the majority of her career here at Penn. Her passion for BIPOC mental health is an asset to our students and University community as a whole, and Michele enjoys the opportunity to work in Penn’s diverse environment.
Outside of work, Michele likes to stay active. She competed in a duathlon this past July and enjoys hiking with her son, running, and practicing yoga. Michele likes to balance her active lifestyle by trying lots of different kinds of foods and baking brownies and cakes.
