Yuliis Bell

Yuliis serves as the Patient Care Manager for Student Health and Counseling. Yuliis studied Social Science here at Penn as an undergraduate and holds a master’s degree in social work from SP2. Yuliis has been working in the field of healthcare and counseling since 2013 but has been a part of the Penn community, whether that be as a student, an employee of the university, or an employee of Penn Medicine, since 2003.

Outside of working hours, Yuliis is huge Harry Potter fan and likes to attend live comedy shows, concerts, and travel.
