1:1 Sex Education Sessions
Questions about sex, relationships, intimacy, or something you saw online? Let’s talk about it! Meet one-on-one with a Wellness at Penn sex educator for a judgment-free conversation about the topics that matter to you. These 45 - 60 minute sessions are designed to help you get reliable information, build practical skills, and feel more confident navigating sex and relationships.
What Can We Talk About?
Bring your questions! Topics can include:
- Communication and healthy relationships
- Intimacy and pleasure
- Setting and communicating boundaries
- Navigating expectations in relationships
- Sex and digital spaces, including pornography, cybersex, AI, and online relationships
- Sexual health information and misinformation
- And more!
What to Know Before You Go
These sessions are educational, not clinical or therapeutic. Your sex educator is not a clinician or confidential resource and cannot provide medical care, counseling, or therapy.
Appointments are currently offered one-on-one only. We are unable to accommodate partners or multiple people in the same session.
